How far are you from the beach?
600 m from Saint-Palais-sur-mer beach. About 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bike.
How far are you from shops and the town center?
600 m from nearest shops: U supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants Saint-Palais-sur-mer, Close to La Pamyre and Royan.
Aquatic areas of the campsite
When is the swimming pool open?
Enjoy swimming from April 1 in our indoor pool heated to 30°C and our whirlpool heated to 35°C.
As a visitor, can I have access to the aquatic areas?
For reasons of insurance, safety and legislation, anyone not staying at the campsite cannot access the various facilities.
What do I need to bring to swim in your aquatic area?
Meeting municipal swimming pool hygiene standards, only boxer shorts and briefs are permitted for men, and one-piece and two-piece swimsuits for women (other clothing is not permitted). Babies must wear a special diaper and a bathing suit.
Does my child know how to swim? Can he or she use the pool area on his or her own?
All children under the age of 12, whether or not they can swim, must be accompanied by an adult who will supervise them during swimming or play. The aquatic area is not supervised.
Rental (mobile homes in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer)
Can I choose my plot?
When you make your booking, please let us know your preferences in writing (shady, sunny, more or less far from the entertainment …). On site, depending on availability, our receptionists can suggest a few pitches.
At what time can we access our rental property?
They are available from 4pm in July and August and 2pm out of season.

We’ve booked a mobile home, what should we bring?
Our mobile homes are fully equipped, so you just need to bring your own clothes and towels, not forgetting the summer essentials: sun cream, swimsuit and cap. Bed linen is supplied (sheets, pillows, blankets). In terms of catering, our campsite has a snack bar and restaurant, and if you want to do a little shopping, we’re close to Saint-Palais-sur-mer town center, Royan and La Pamyre.
We’ve booked a mobile home. What should we bring?

We’ll be arriving outside opening hours. How can we get the key back?
We invite you to contact us by telephone and we will explain all the details to you.
Will I be asked to pay a deposit on arrival?
Rental: we ask for a 150€ deposit to cover the rental, and a 50€ deposit to cover cleaning of the mobile home. These deposits can be given by cheque, cash or credit card (not debited).
We’ve rented a mobile home and some friends want to join us for the night. Can they pitch a tent on the mobile home plot?
Depending on the number of people already present, you may be able to accommodate them in your mobile home (subject to an extra charge for an additional person and acceptance by reception). Tents are not allowed on the rental plots.

Are you a VACAF-affiliated campsite?
No, the campsite is not VACAF approved.
Are pets allowed on the campsite?
We only accept non-category I and II dogs. All dogs must be kept on a leash on the campsite premises and must not be left alone on the plot or in the rental unit. Dogs must be tattooed and have up-to-date vaccinations. Please present your pet’s health record to reception on arrival.
Can a minor stay on the campsite with friends?
Minors may not stay on the campsite without a parent or guardian. No exceptions will be accepted.
Are barbecues allowed?
Open fires and charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited. Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed on the campsite, under your extreme vigilance.
We are coming with 2 vehicles, can we park both on the plot?
Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch or 2-bedroom rental. The 2nd vehicle must automatically be parked in the visitor parking lot. For 3-bedroom rentals, 2 cars may be parked on the plot.
General
Can I pay for my stay in instalments?
A Yes, we offer an easy payment system. A deposit of 30% is payable on booking, and the balance can be paid in instalments up to 30 days before arrival.
We’re bringing an electric vehicle. Can we recharge it?
It is forbidden to recharge electric vehicles on the campsite, except at the campsite’s charging points, which are also available at Vaux-sur-Mer.

How can I pay for my stay?
Deposit: a deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. This can be paid in cash, cheque, vacation voucher or credit card. Balance: mobile home bookings must be paid at least 1 month before your arrival date.
